To protect this experience for both of us, please review the following guidelines before booking.
ARRIVAL & SERVICE STANDARDS
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Any glue residue, mascara, waterproof makeup, or buildup can result in denied service upon the artist discretion.While masks are not mandatory, any sign or symptom of illness will result in denied service.
We recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment, as it may cause restlessness or fluttering eyelids for some clients. After your service, you’re invited to enjoy a complimentary hot beverage from our in-studio Nespresso✨
FILL ELIGIBILITY & RETENTION STANDARDS
To ensure every set is balanced, healthy, and beautifully maintained, fill pricing is based on time worn and lash retention.
All fills require a minimum of 40% lashes remaining after grown-out lashes are removed.
3-Week (or Less) Fill
For clients returning within 3 weeks of their last appointment.
You must still have at least 40% of your lashes remaining.
If less than 40% remains, your service will be reclassified as either:
a 3+ Week Fill, or
a Full Set,
at the lash artist’s professional discretion.
3+ Week Fill
This option is reserved for a very small number of clients with exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary lash retention.
Must be booked no later than 4–5 weeks after your last appointment.
After grown-out lashes are removed, you must still have at least 40% of your lashes remaining.
If this minimum is not met, the service will be reclassified as a Full Set.
These guidelines allow us to maintain the integrity of your set while honouring the time, artistry, and care required to restore your lashes.
BOOKING & APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
No deposit = no appointment.All rescheduling and cancellations must be completed through the Fresha booking site only.
No changes are processed via DM, text, or email.Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
After this window, you may still cancel/reschedule but the deposit is forfeited.
TIME & NO-SHOW POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is not promised. A reschedule or cancellation is required.
*No Shows* are charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.

A No Show is when a client:
Does not arrive for their scheduled appointment, and
Does not cancel or reschedule through the booking site within the required notice window, or
Arrives more than 20 minutes late, at which point the appointment is considered missed and released.
In these instances, the service time has been fully reserved and is no longer able to be offered to another client.
As such, 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your lashes are a living art — and how they are cared for after your visit directly impacts their beauty, health, and longevity.
To ensure the integrity of your set, please honor the following:
Communication Window
Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated within 48 hours of your appointment.
Retention & Shedding
Natural lash shedding is normal and expected.
Retention varies from person to person and is influenced by lifestyle, skin, hormones, environment, and aftercare. As such, longevity is not guaranteed.
Aftercare Responsibility
Following aftercare instructions is essential. Failure to do so may result in premature shedding and void any adjustment considerations.
Health & Reactions
As with any cosmetic procedure, slight irritation, discomfort/redness is normal.
If any of these symptoms persist beyond 24 hours or worsen into swelling or signs of infection, clients are advised to check in with their technician. Even when applied and removed correctly, adhesive or extensions may become dislodged during or after the service, which may cause irritation or require additional care. In the worst case scenario, if needed, medical care should be sought at the client’s expense and in some cases, a removal may be required for your safety.
Clear photos may be requested to properly assess any concerns before adjustments are offered.
Do not attempt to remove or alter your lashes at home. This may cause damage to your natural lashes.
No Refund Policy
ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
